learningpoint.ie now registering

Launching in September 2006, learningpoint.ie will provide a sign-posting service to staff and volunteers working in community and voluntary organisations in Ireland.

The core of the website will be a searchable database of training courses, workshops and training providers, giving the sector's 64,000 volunteers and staff an opportunity to connect with training organisations and vice versa.

Organisations or companies can be listed on learningpoint.ie, along with the training courses & workshops they offer.

To register on learningpoint.ie now, free of charge, log on to http://www.learningpoint.ie/register and follow the on-screen instructions. It couldn't be simpler.

Once registered with learningpoint.ie, you will receive a login and password that will give you access to your own private area on the website.

This will allow you to enter details about any course and workshop that you offer, and modify your organisation/company's details if needed.

The site is due to launch in September 2006, and so The Wheel encourages users to upload as many courses & workshops as possible so that they appear live when the website is launched.
